If a slide or accessory is found to be defective upon receipt, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement item (pending availability).

Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure dependable and cost-effective delivery.
Processing & Shipping Times
We process and ship all orders daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM PST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to offer the best rates available through USPS.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the USPS website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Desert Cat is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Desert Cat is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
